The purpose of this site is to provide a single source location where the retail network may interface directly with worldwide manufactures to search out mutually beneficial opportunities.

To View Sellers Offers And Buyers Opportunities

• To see what Buyers and Sellers from around the world are looking for, or offering for sale in home textiles, simply *click* on Looking to Buy to view opportunities that retailers are trying to find a manufacture to supply to them or *click* on Offering to Sell to view opportunities that manufactures want to find a retailer to buy from them.
  

To Post Sellers Offers and Buyers Needs

• If you are a retailer and have a buying need *click* on Buyer Submit  and fill out the questionnaire. All submissions are completely confidential and your company will not be revealed. Your buying opportunity will be posted within 48 hours for worldwide distribution.
  
  
• If you are a manufacture and have a selling offer, *click* on Seller Submit and fill out the questionnaire. Again, all submissions are completely confidential and your offer will be posted within 48 hours for retailers worldwide to view.
  

To Accept An Offer Or Opportunity

• *Click* on the "Bid" or "Accept" text next to each of the Offers to Sell or Looking to Buy items posted to bid or accept the opportunity as is, or to place a modification to the opportunity. A modification would be a different size or weight, or a different construction which would fit the same price point. Another modification might be a different mix of Bath/Hand/Wash to meet the price point. This is the way to negotiate the opportunity so both Buyer and Seller can be satisfied. Your modification will be transmitted via E-mail in complete confidence to the Buyer and/or Seller to reply on. DirectTextiles.com will represent your options to the Seller and/or Buyer until the negotiation is finalized.
  
  
• If accepted, DirectTextiles.com will notify you directly via E-mail and will follow up via telephone to begin processing the necessary details, DirectTextiles.com has easy to use "E-forms" which will be filled out by both the purchaser and supplier which collect all of the necessary information required to complete the transaction quickly.
  

Operational Details

• All offers are FOB country of origin, payable in US. Dollars.
  
  
• Buyer pays for transportation from port of export, insurance, document
  fees, duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
  
  
• Buyer must issue purchase order and letter of credit at least 60 days before shipment.
  
  
• Buyer must send an "Intent to Purchase" on company letterhead with
  projected amounts to be purchased 90 days in advance of shipping.
  
  
• Factory must submit 6 sets of samples for approval prior to L/C. Any
  sampling beyond the initial six sets will be paid for by the buyer at
  the agreed upon price.
  
  
• Factory must accept inspection by Direct Textiles and retailer or agent
  of retailer before letter of credit and before shipment. A representative 
  of Direct Textiles will inspect every factory before delivery. A representative of Direct Textiles will inspect a reasonable quantity of each shipment before delivery.
  
  
• Factory must submit certificate for product liability insurance of One Million US Dollars to buyer.
  
  
• Factory will pay for transportation to port of export.
  
  
• Letter of credit will allow a 15-day shipping window.
  
  
• The factory decides minimum quantities.
  
  
• Factory will pay for wash, crocking, and shrinkage test at American testing facilities prior to shipment.
  
  
• Direct Textiles charges no fees to the retailer (buyer).

This site is a service of Direct Textiles LLC. We are incorporated in the state of California in the United States. The partners in this site have over 60 years experience in the Home Textiles Industry in the United States.

Our desire is to fairly introduce Retailers and Manufactures together so they can develop a long term relationship which will benefit the Manufacture, Retailer and the Consumer. Our desire is to participate with the Manufacture and Retailer to further communication, ideas and success.
